Academic Goals
“I’m currently studying a Certificate in Fitness for my “Cert 3″ which I will continue to study in 2023. I want to study something in the field of Sports possibly Sports Management, studying a course in Sports will help me towards my career goals”
College Goals:
“I started playing Softball at the age of 7 and fell in love with the game from that very first training session. Ever since I could remember I’ve always strived to be the best I can be and not accept mediocrity which has lead me to become the player and person I am today. My goal for College is to achieve high grades whilst still continuing to strive for excellence in softball and be at my best for the team. The opportunity to play College Softball is a privilege and through hard work and dedication that’s definitely where I want to go after I graduate High School”
Life Goals:
“My ambitions in life is to play Softball at the highest level and one day hopefully represent Australia at an Olympic Games and take away a medal. My career goal is to definitely be a Strength and Conditioning Coach training up future WA State Softball teams and helping them prepare for National Championships and achieve their future goals”
Why College & Softball in the USA?
“Competing in College, getting to play that high level of Softball whilst studying has always been the target for me ever since I could remember. College will let me play against some of the toughest players in the world and will keep pushing me to improve. Playing at that level will allow me to connect with people from all parts of the world. In my state Western Australia a lot of good talented Softball players have had the opportunity to go over to the States and play the game we all love, and asking them about their time over there and listening to all the experiences they’ve had has given me more interest into playing ball in the States”
What Makes You Different?
“When challenged behind the plate or in the outfield I give it my 110% in all aspects of play. When catching I take on leadership of the game to help my team mates with upcoming plays. As having several Coaches over the years I have come along way in my batting from power hitting, slapping and bunting. My speed and agility in my running has made me an excellent starting player in lineups”
